RESTAURANT + HOSPITALITY

When it’s time to convert to curbside delivery or click and collect for menu items, restaurants and hospitality are able to utilise LRS Connect to concurrently service as many diners as possible. Without the need for an app or any integration, we are able to immediately enable click and collect or curbside delivery services for restaurant diners. Once diners complete the pre-existing online ordering process, its easy to simply share the unique LRS Connect web site with the diner.

When they arrive at the restaurant, the diners will alert the restaurant of their location enabling fast and efficient delivery. Since many in the restaurant sector do not have drive-thru capabilities, LRS Connect enables all restaurants to continue to serve their customers in every imaginable situation you might think about.

And do remember that while this solution keeps contact of customers simple, the actual coaster range can call them back easily and simply. The necessary pagers are protected from microbes with plastic additives and can be used every day without any multi-use issues. And the transmitter with LRS connect handles multiple wait lists whether for customers, patients or staff. Improved control of wait lists improves efficiency in any situation.

Remember that Long Range Systems (LRS) manufactures and supplies all equipment in the UK through it's own offices that will ensure excellent service levels and a warranty that covers manufacturing defects for three years. Our technical staff are factory trained and can solve any query that you might have - and like our customer services team, they are all friendly too! So what's your first step in benefitting from the LRS quality and service levels? Just complete the form below and our customer service team will get back to you. There's no hard sales push from LRS, we prefer the equipment speak for itself, and that's why we offer a free trial of equipment. Just ask!

LRS actually invented the coaster pager (also known as customer or guest pagers) back in 1993 and LRS holds a patent on the design, so when you see 'similar' brands, in reality they are not similar at all and don't embody the features that the new CS series of pagers do. Generally in this type of pager you always get what you pay for and low cost pagers are exactly that, they lack features that we have as standard, and once you choose inferior products you cannot add our features that are always there by default.
